Revolver Ocelot

Code Name: Revolver Ocelot
Sex: Male
Age: 30's
Nationality: Russian

Role in the Game
Revolver Ocelot is a level boss.  He tortures Solid Snake forcing him to look into the deepest corners of his personality.  The reaction of Snake to these torture techniques is fundamental in defining how the game ends.

Historical Background
A FOX-HOUND member and formally of the Soviet Spetsnaz (Soviet secret police associated with post-Stalinist concentration camps).  He has a violent sadistic nature and is highly experienced in torture techniques.  In conflict, his preferred weapon is the Colt Single Action Army revolver, which he sports single handed in "Western Movie Style".  He is a formidable gunfighter, known to hit his target by calculating the ricochet angle, maximising the use of the bullets.  After the fall of the Soviet Union, he joined the Russian Police Storming Party.  Then he served in the Special Tactics Division of the SVR, formally the KGB.  However he did not adapt well to the new KGB system and was recruited by the US to join FOX-HOUND.

How to beat Revolver Ocelot
Ocelot uses speed and precision to make the full use of the Colt.  He can make bullets ricochet of the walls to hit you around corners.  Kenneth Baker is tied up in the middle of the room with wires attached to C4.  Don't touch any of these wires or Baker will blow up.  There are 3 boxes of SOCOM bullets in the top part of the area.  Firstly run after Ocelot while shooting, using the technique of firing with Square then pressing and holding X to run and fire.  You can shoot at him when he is speaking.  Take advantage of when he is reloading (see the gauge in the top left corner of the screen, yellow is remaining bullets, blue is how many have been reloaded).  This battle shouldn't take too long, and after the ninja has chopped off Ocelot's hand, he will run away.
